📣 As many have seen, Findora is now Fractal. 📣 We know there has been some confusion on this, and we wanted to briefly explain the change. 1️⃣ Why It Was Necessary The first question is usually, “Why?” Very simply, the Findora team decided that two major changes were needed for the good of the project and community: A reorganization of the project to be more effective A pivot in its focus and technology. For a while now, the team has been working on this pivot and reorganization, and a rebrand was necessary to fully and fairly encapsulate the changes. 2️⃣ How Things Have Changed The result of these changes is that Findora is now Fractal. But this is a lot more than a mere rebrand… We have not only reorganized staff but will also add developer resources. We have a new focus to secure DeFi at all levels of Web3, including L2s, through zero-knowledge cryptography. We have made a number of zero-knowledge advancements that we’re proud of, and many of these advancements will work better on an L2. The change includes some strategic partnerships yet to be announced that will help increase our developer resources. The reorganization also means the team should be more effective at communicating and responding to user-reported bugs. 3️⃣ Addressing Past Concerns The reorganization is designed to directly address concerns previously raised by the community. We are adding more developer resources and teams, as mentioned before, to improve our technology and infrastructure. Additionally, we are creating a new data indexing system to enhance the performance of the wallets and staking platform and have added new product betas to our roadmap in 2024. We’re also taking a new approach to communication. The Fractal community channel now has a mod, and Fractal team members have been more involved. As the community grows and changes, we will attempt to grow as a team as well to keep up with new communication demands. What’s Next for This Chat As a result, we will be shutting down this Telegram community by February 23rd. It is currently unmonitored, so please take extra precautions when engaging in it. For all those who contributed and helped others in here, we are truly grateful for your contribution. It means a lot to us, and we hope we will see in the Fractal community, which you can join here:
